Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

･I reserve the right to decline your order for any reason.

･Commissions are not first come, first serve. I will choose to work on commissions I feel most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product.

･I maintain all rights to my works; This includes posting the work on social media, streaming or recording the process, including it in zines, artbooks and/or editorial projects, selling prints or merchandise, or any other use unless otherwise discussed with the client (it may incur a higher fee).

･You may to post the finished product wherever you please, as long as it is accompanied of credit in the form of a link to one of my socials.

･You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.

･You must be at least 18 years old to order a NSFW commission

PROCESS AND PAYMENT

･Payment will be via Stripe (preferred) or Paypal invoice and must be received in full before I start the commission. Partial payment can be discussed. Prices are in USD.

･No refunds. Unless I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, in which case I will give you a full refund.

･I will send you 1-5 thumbnails options to get down the general concept and composition
･After the composition is decided, I will send you the sketch and allow for revisions until you're satisfied
･Further revisions are only accepted for the current drawing phase - No concept/composition changes after sketching starts; No sketch revisions after lining starts; After coloring only color revisions, etc)
･You will receive a full resolution image of the final product. I can provide alternates (up to 5) with other background colors/transparent if you so desire.

Prices and Specifics

Below prices are for the most common types of commissions, but I am available for different types of orders or layouts, ie: fightsticks, dakimakuras, mousepads, or any other ideas you might have, send me a message and I'll be glad to discuss it with you.

Additional Characters: +75% of base price

Additional Fees
Character Design: +40% of base price
Armor: +50% of base price

Backgrounds:
Single Color/Gradients/Geometric Shape: Free of Charge
Photography background: 10$ starting price
Simple Backgrounds: 20$ starting price
Detailed backgrounds: 60$ starting price

Photography Background Examples: Character over pre-existing irl photography.
Simple Background Examples: Cast Shadows/Lights; Blurred Shapes; Simple Walls/Floors, Clear Skies; Clouds; Sand; 1-2 Objects
Detailed Background Examples: Environments, Arquitecture; Cluttered Spaces; Vegetation; Any background that isn't simple/minimalist

COMERCIAL USE:

Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner and it will incur a
one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the price)

Comercial usage includes but is not limited to: virtual youtuber graphics, merchandise,
album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.
